Return & Refund Policy

At Adminture, we strive to offer services that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we’re here to help. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the service level delivered at the time of the request.
  • We offer partial refunds for customers who have used our services for the trial period but do not wish to continue. In such cases, 50% of the trial fee will be refunded if the service was not to your satisfaction.

Non-Refundable

  • Refunds are not provided for services where more than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • If you commit to a longer-term service (e.g., 6-month discounted plan), cancellations will be processed, but no refund will be provided for any prior months of usage.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, please contact us at admiventure@gmail.com​ within the eligible period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue or reason for your request.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  4. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, or in certain cases, store credit may be issued.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your service at any time. For services involving a monthly subscription, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred.
  • In the case of prepaid plans, cancellations can be made, but refunds will only be issued if requested within the 7-day refund period.
